In the event of problems, the customer may cancel the order by simply giving notice by e-mail to csp@ceramichesicilianepattesi.it as long as the order has not yet been processed.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by an explicit statement, containing the data necessary for the identification of the order sent to the indicated contacts. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer agrees to the full return, in unaltered condition and in the original packaging, of the products received.

On the other hand, the right of withdrawal is excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized by Ceramiche Siciliane Pattesi according to the specific requests of the Customer (see gift boxes for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are in danger of deteriorating or altering rapidly; for products not delivered due to the Customer’s absence from the place of delivery and for those that upon collection are altered or deteriorated due to the delay caused by the Customer.

If the withdrawal is made in the manner and terms above, any amount already paid for the products shall be credited to the purchaser through the same method of payment used by him on the website to complete the order. If the customer had paid cash on delivery, the refund of the order itself can only be made through a coupon of equal value.

Refund

The refund is made as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Ceramiche Siciliane Pattesi, having received notice of withdrawal from the Customer, receives the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging at the following address: C.da Ronzino, Industrial Zone
98066 Patti (ME). The cost of returning Products to Ceramiche Siciliane Pattesi is non-refundable and remains, by law, the responsibility of the customer.
